Heading off of Ama now…

“Sorry guys, my mind’s fuzzy and I can only handle this much pent up…er…bitterness and gawdonlyknowswhatwithfuckin’Vanity for so long. Glad that y’all got to meet up with her though, I have everything saved to drafts.

Eventually y’all will learn a bit about her past and things too…and Vanity’s…”

<You cunt.>

“Back to Seles and personal for now~”

Oh, good, another man. Amarantia could have sighed at the amount of ‘men’ she’d met up with..though, at least it was all in the same world. She gave a  polite smile that didn’t quite reach her eyes and held up her wicker basket. “A pastry? You look hungry.”

<Ama..there’s something ‘off’ about this ‘boy’>

She narrowed her eyes. ‘Off’ he said? Well now…Vanity was never wrong when he sensed something, however, she wondered what it could have been that he would think to warn her…

Light green eyes stared at the girl for a couple of moments before the blond shook his head. “Umm…No thank you…..” For some reason he felt more uncomfortable then usual to meet someone new. He was even having the feeling that something was horribly wrong here.

Eh Emil. Something is a bit off here…Don’t let your guard down. Got it? Ratatosk’s voice made itself known as it spoke those words into Emil’s head. The moment this bitch tries anything…Either you take her down or I’ll do it for you.

Whether he was being nice or mean….The boy would never know.

She smiled then, though there was an edge to it. “No? But you seem so thin….please, let me help you.” She was getting irritated and needed to release some stress. Even if Vanity warned her against it, she didn’t care. There was a male in front of her, and she hated it. She stepped closer. “Can’t you just take one?”

<….ama you fucking idiotic bitch, get AWAY from him.>

“Well, kind of….. More of a modern-world game, though…” He said, noting her clothes looked like something from old ages past. “Mm.. I do, actually. Sometimes my boredom gets to me so I’ve gotta leave the house and go for a walk or something. Usually I just go to find someone to talk to. I’m a simple guy, really.” Alex shrugged.

“I see…” She shifted, the wicker basket on her right arm moving with her, the scent of baked goods wafting from beneath the green plaid blanket. “Modern world you say…I do not believe I’ve been to one of those yet myself.” This boy was proving to be a wealth of information, so long as Vanity kept his yap shut she could find something useful from the brat.

<Ama, get AWAY from the welp. You don’t know what he could do to us!>

He ignored the scent for now, not wanting to make any false moves. After all, he could hop through a rift and be gone if he did… and anyways, it was unlikely this girl would recognize him after he returned to normal. But he’d have to warn his friend.. “It’s not all that great, really. Sure, technology perks an’ all that.. but you’d find it’s a worse place than way back when… like the 90s.. It was better then, for sure…” He sighed and scratched his head.

“The 90’s…I see…” This was all very fascinating, though it conjured the question of how the world had shifted from when she’d last been alive in it. Already she’d seen some interesting forms of technology, but nothing that would be capable of being replicated in her own world. “What exactly makes ‘modern’ time worse then back then?” Hmm….the boy seemed to be wary, what gave her away? She kept her expression placid, but her eyes scanned over him. She would remember this child…

“A lotta sexism.. an’ a lotta ‘bad moves’. AKA, th’ world I live in is horrible. There’s rarely any real good people out there unless ya look reaaaaalllly hard, and then you’ll have to watch your back anyways.” The boy shrugged, not staring at Ama still due to the fact it would be very impolite of him. “…Honestly, I hate how society is nowadays. Can’t even eat oatmeal without having to ‘count calories’.”

She remained silent for a few moments, then smiled, this time sincerely. “Oh, I see. So, basically nothing has changed at all, unless there was a brief moment in time when everything was pure and ‘good’ before it went to the ditch once again.” She spat out the word ‘good’ like it was something foul. “Be happy you have never faced factory work.”

<What, are you going to get chummy with the boy? Either kill him or move on Ama.> Vanity griped within her mind, and she promptly ignored him. This was far too fascinating to stop.

shewhonamespuppies:

Colette frowned a little, something was wrong and she didn’t understand it, she wanted to touch the crystal but didn’t want to draw attention to herself. She looked up seeing the woman frown, There was something there that just bothered her. She stood up almost ready to sit next to her when she stood up and looked at her, her eyes were hollow, as she looked at Amarantia. “Now what type of trick are you trying to play with me?” Her voice was quiet, yet there was a hint of malice and disgust within her. “This vessel is mine.” Her eyes went dark with a hint of red the crystal seemed to be shinning some.

Amarantia shifted back, stunned momentarily by the abrupt shift. This girl had another inside of her as well?

<Well well well, aren’t we an interesting morsel.> The sin purred, causing her to stiffen. <Let me take over lovely, I think I would like to have a talk with this…spirit.>

A spirit? Was that what this other woman was before her? Ama hadn’t seen any other spirit since she’d died, loveless, childless, all those years ago. She felt curious as well, and so, she concented. Not that she could have resisted Vanity to begin with.

She closed her eyes, settling briefly, then opened them, the crystal blue making way for a mulled wine. Her countenence changed slightly, she sat up straighter, prouder, her smile becoming…almost sensual.

“Well my most lovely dear, what CAN I assist you with?” Her voice even seemed to be deeper, smoother, though it didn’t change in pitch that much. She looked over the woman again, this time the eyes being a little more appreciative. “I must say, you are gorgeous…who does your hair?”

Thank you new followers!

Her face was placid, normal, and for once the expression was sincere. This woman….she could be an ally, were she less softened by family and the proper raising of a child. Amarantia…envied her. However, she was not called to harvest her blood like with maidens, and the fact that this was a mother…she would spare this one.

<Hmmm….old, wrinkled most like. Already been with child and done. Hmph, do what you will, she’s been dead already. I don’t long for spoiled goods.>

She ignored the sin, giving the other woman an actual smile, though her eyes held a bit of sorrow to them. “I am Amarantia.” She said.

<Oh good, the bitch is gone. Now…who to mess with…>

blond-scientist-of-sybak said: (( ngh…Want to rp with them so bad…D: Though if anything bad happens… Nnnnnn… ))

Ama would likely eat Aster alive…though Kakeru could last longer with her I think. I don’t know if any among your army of muses knows how to combat a sin. Vanity is the real issue. Take him out, take her out. Simple.

<You fucking cow, do you WANT us to die before our time?!>

I do whatever I want, whenever I want to either one of you, and don’t you forget it Van.
